职位要求：

JD:
1.Assist the General Manager to oversee plant operations in China which includes implementing and leading the overall plant manufacturing strategy and plan to support aggressive plan for growth.
2.Assist the General Manager the development and management of operations-related plans, budgets, policies and procedures.
3.Assist the General Manager to ensure delivering Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost key performance metrics,
4.Assist the General Manager managing new product launches and global projects.
5.Have strong ethics and integrity.
6.Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring and direction to staff, build strong teams.
7.Working in a team orientated and performance drive culture.
Required Qualifications:
1.Bachelors degree, an Engineering discipline is preferred, MBA preferred.
2.8+ years experience in manufacturing, with proven track record of success in plant operations management, and automobile industry experience is preferred.
3.Background of overseas study and overseas working experience is a plus.
4.Able to work in a fast-paced, task-focused environment.
5.Proven track record for program launch, team leadership, and/or project management.
6.Excellent communication skills working in teams both internal and external to the organization (including management, suppliers, local authorities).
7.Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English.
8.Strong sense of business acumen, strong organizational and time management skills as well as general computer skills.
